Adult Basketball Boot Camp Description  

The Adult Basketball Boot Camp Workouts combine basketball drills and interval training to create an intense and fun way to exercise. The workouts are made of drills that involve shooting, dribbling, and passing; and they keep each player running, sliding, and jumping to workout the entire body. 


Who is this Program For?


You do NOT have to have a background in basketball to be part of these workout session. These sessions are for anyone that wants a fun way to get cardio workouts in. You can also use these sessions to switch up your your usual cardio workouts or take a break from pick up basketball games.


What to Bring


Shoes (preferred basketball shoes but can also use running shoes)

Water or Sports Drink
